These Healthy Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are the creamiest peanut butter cups I have ever had. If you think Reece’s cups are good, you need to make this healthier (and creamier) alternative asap. Not only are these cups 1000% better, they are so much healthier, contain no refined sugar, and are unprocessed. The richness of the dark chocolate pairs perfectly with the sweet and creamy peanut butter oozing from the inside.
I made a small batch, so this recipe only makes 3 large peanut butter cups. These cups are so big and divine you will truly feel satisfied after only one. If you are making these for friends or want to make a bunch ahead to have frozen on hand (for emergency chocolate cravings) you can increase the recipe to double or triple depending on how many cups you want.
Healthy Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Melt the coconut oil in a large liquid measuring cup. This makes it super easy to pour the chocolate mixture into your liners. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, and honey and stir until fully combined. Pour approximately half of the chocolate mixture into three large silicone cupcake liners. Place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes.
- Melt three large spoonfuls of peanut butter. Pour melted peanut butter into cupcake liners over frozen chocolate. Place cups in the freezer to set for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove cups from the freezer and pour the remaining chocolate mixture into the cups. Place cups in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
- Chocolate peanut butter cups can be stored in the fridge or freezer for up to a couple of weeks.
I love everything peanut butter :D, great recipe
