3 Ingredient Healthy Vegan 'Cheese'

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of mixed cashews and almonds (skins removed)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Add mixed cashews and almonds, nutritional yeast, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Pulse until all ingredients are combined and finely ground. Store in the fridge for up to a few weeks.
Note: This recipe is a small batch but can be easily multiplied if you’re serving more people.
